Added Canadian callsign database automation to my server update script, the database should stay quite up to date. I performed some fixes to the US database so it shows club calls. It only shows basic information and will be improved as time allows.

There's going to be some new things here very soon and I'll be making some minor changes. The callsign search is easier to use, and is updated much more frequently.
